Refunds/Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear or swimwear. This includes all bathers, mix/match items AND Boardshorts. We will accept returns/exchanges for Coverups ONLY.


Please review the size charts before making your purchase.
If unsure, please email with your applicable measurements (bust, waist, hips & thighs), and we'll try to assist in any way we can.


Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Postage charges are not refundable.

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery receipt if you have any issues with your order. 


Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Guarantee Act, exchanges and refunds may be given where goods are faulty. If item cannot be replaced, a store credit will be given. We will do our best to replace your item with the manufacturer if possible.

We ship Australia Wide and now Internationally. Please note that duties/taxes/tariff may be payable in your country. Please review this prior to purchase to avoid the added tax.

Australian Delivery uses Post Prepaid Satchels;
 - Express
 - Regular
 International Orders use satchels.

I can not leave delivery notes on the satchels.



International Orders will be sent with either Tracking or Registered. Choose option during checkout. Takes anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive.
Accepted Countries are currently; USA, Canada, New Zealand, PNG, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Italy and UK.
A Handling Fee will be listed separately to your postage cost.

If your Country is not listed, please send us a message with your Country/State/Code.

Please note that duties/taxes/tariffs may be payable for goods sent to some international destinations from Australia. Please be aware that this is out of my control.
